Ok, maybe I am living in a hole, but before today I had never heard Tillys.com. I was looking around at Uggs and I found this store. They actually have some really cute clothes for girls and some of the sale prices are really, really good. They do have a free shipping special running right now.
They carry quite a bit of stuff for kids, and adults. I think it is worth a look around. They do carry Uggs, but they also have a brand called Emu. They are also an Australian brand and seem to get really good reviews. At $29.99 a pair for kids they are much less expensive.
